Key Responsibilities

Coach Management:

• Lead and support a coaching staff of 10-25 coaches.

• Conduct interviews, hire, train, and develop coaches to maintain high program standards.

• Organize and lead coaches' meetings and team events.

Coaching Duties:

• Coach up to 15-20 sessions a week as needed, ensuring high-quality delivery of our curriculum.

Recruitment and Community Engagement:

• Represent Soccer Shots at local recruiting events, engaging with potential coaches and the community.

Essential Qualifications:

• Passion for the mission of Soccer Shots and commitment to youth development.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

• Background in childcare or youth sports coaching is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Sports Management, or related field.

• Experience with soccer and knowledge of early childhood development.

Work Schedule:

• Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with occasional Saturdays.

• Expect flexible hours during peak seasons.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to engage actively with children (running, bending, etc.) and handle necessary physical tasks throughout the workday.
