    What is Soccer Shots? Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2-8 with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. We are here to make a difference in the Twin Cities, we create opportunities and are growing quickly. We coach at over 300 locations around the Twin cities, and our goal is to reach 20,000 children in the year 2024.

    Soccer Shots® is the soccer experience for children, using an acclaimed recreational curriculum and great coaches. Through the beautiful game, we aim to develop character, motor skills, and teamwork. Our team believes children are invaluable and our goal is simple: leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.

    We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual who can source both new partnerships and coaching talent locally and strategically. This person is responsible for following established strategies to strengthen and expand Soccer Shots' brand while demonstrating excellent customer service through both professional and timely communication.

    The following is a list (not exhaustive) of the Sales & Recruiting Coordinator responsibilities: · Seek and establish strategic partnership opportunities including public locations, soccer clubs, colleges and universities.

    · Identify sales leads and attain new accounts, confirm existing partners for upcoming seasons

    · Network with candidate resources (colleges, online networks, community events)

    · Lead interview, screening and on-boarding process for new hires

    · Generate brand awareness across the company

    · Collaborate with Soccer Shots directors and fellow coordinators regarding season planning and improvement of program quality

    · Coach up to 15 sessions weekly per season.

    Work Schedule: The expected working hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday and one Saturday a month. When working Saturday hours, working hours may be flexed.

    Work Location

    All Directors and Coordinators typically work from the Soccer Shots office in Oakdale Minnesota.

    Classification

    This is a full-time and salaried position. Minimum of 40 hours a week is required, with additional hours sometimes needed to meet deadlines and goals.

    Key Performance Measures

    Prompt, reliable, and professional communication. Responds to coaches, customers (parents, program partners), supervisor, and other support staff within 24 hours.

    Meets weekly, seasonal, and annual timelines and deadlines. Develops and follows systems to stay organized, keep good records, and be efficient with time.

    Meets seasonal performance goals. Goes above and beyond expectations to promote the Soccer Shots brand.

    Adheres to all company policies and represents Soccer Shots with professionalism and integrity.

    Experience in sales

    Computer/application skills (Microsoft office suite: Excel, Word, PPT.)

    Able to manage, engage and interact with up to ten 2-8 year-olds, and has experience doing so.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree

    · Previous experience with the sport of soccer

    In addition to the above, a successful candidate must pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.
