Competitive Base Pay

Standard coaching rate is $20–$22/hour

Pay can be up to $26/ hour through Coach Levels and advancement

Schedule:

Flexibility - we seek to schedule sessions closest to you, with opportunities to change availability from season to season

Winter - January through early March

Spring - mid-March through end of May

Summer - mid-June through mid-August

Fall - September through mid-November

Options to work 3-15 hours/per week (1-3 days) each season

Opportunities

Monday through Saturday mornings (8:30-1pm)

Monday through Thursday evenings (4-8pm).

The Job:

Bring “Soccer Island” alive with your enthusiasm and creativity

Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and takedown

Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling

Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session

Forster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants

Communicate effectively with team members, families and teachers.
