    Role: The Customer Activity Coordinator is responsible for developing, planning, and implementing 1) the Charlotte Aquatics social media plan across all channels by creating content and capturing amazing moments through photos/videos and 2) all strategic experiences/activities/events for the organization including decorating for monthly theme weeks, executing customer/staff appreciation events, and marketing events through social media and internal signs/visuals. The Customer Activity Coordinator ensures that the needs of our customers and team members are being satisfied, that they feel cared for, and part of a family!

    This is a highly creative position with room for new ideas. The position requires someone who is detail oriented, highly organized, and who can plan ahead strategically. We provide all necessary training, but you must come prepared with a love for working with/around children and a positive personality. Good written and oral communication skills are essential. Upholding a team-mentality where all employees support each other and are excited to be part of the family is FUNdamental!
