Position Summary: AirMart is seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Social Media & Advertising Coordinator/Photographer. This full-time position is responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos of aircraft, creating engaging social media content, managing online and print advertising, and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a talented storyteller who can showcase AirMart’s inventory and brand through dynamic visual and written content.
Key Responsibilities:
Photography & Videography
Capture professional photos and videos of aircraft for marketing materials, with technical accuracy and visual appeal.
Edit and enhance photos and videos using software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
Organize and maintain a library of media assets for internal and external use.
Social Media Coordination
Develop and execute social media strategies to engage audiences and grow AirMart’s online presence.
Create, schedule, and publish compelling posts across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance.
Advertising Management
Advertise aircraft on platforms such as Controller, Trade-A-Plane, and other industry outlets.
Ensure advertisements are visually appealing, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to highlight the unique selling points of each aircraft.
Performance Reporting
Analyze and report on digital advertising and social media performance, including traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Recommend strategies for improvement based on these analytics.
General Marketing Support
Assist Vice President of Development with promotional campaigns and materials.
Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
Work Environment:
AirMart headquarters located in Lexington, KY, with occasional travel to off-site locations for photoshoots.
Some remote work is possible, but it must be approved in advance by management and adhere to a structured schedule that ensures all responsibilities are met. Remote workdays are subject to change without notice to accommodate weather conditions, shooting schedules, or other operational needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Photography, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2+ years of experience in photography, social media management, or advertising.
Proficiency with photo and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
Experience with digital advertising platforms and reporting tools.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Passion for aviation is required!
Private pilot license is a plus.
