As the Paid Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. This role is ideal for someone with three years of experience who excels in data analysis and understands how to drive ROI through precise campaign management. You will use your analytical skills to track performance metrics, interpret data, and make data-backed decisions to maximize campaign results and reach new customer segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute paid social media strategies focused on maximizing ROI and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with the social media team to produce targeted ad content, including images, video, and copy optimized for each platform’s audience and format.
Use data analysis to monitor and refine campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, and conversion rates, to make continuous improvements.
Conduct A/B tests and data-driven experiments to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and budgeting, with a strong emphasis on achieving measurable ROI.
Analyze, interpret, and report on campaign data to provide actionable insights, making real-time adjustments to improve performance and reduce wasteful ad spend.
Manage and allocate ad budgets strategically, ensuring that resources are invested in high-performing areas and optimizing spend across channels.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and analytics practices to continually refine campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Essential skills, experience, and qualifications required to apply:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in social media advertising with a strong portfolio of ROI-focused campaign successes, prefereably in the fashion or retail industry.
Proficiency in social media analytics and campaign management tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other tracking software.
Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to guide decision-making and drive results.
Proven experience in A/B testing, audience targeting, and content optimization to maximize ad effectiveness and ROI.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Nice-to-have (but not required) skills, experience, and qualifications:
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies, including email marketing platforms, SEO, and social media.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
