    Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Associate to join our Lead Generation Experts team. This role is client-facing and requires managing client social media posts, creating and designing engaging content, and strategically implementing clients’ goals and brand strategies across various social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Canva and other creative tools, excellent client communication skills, and a passion for leveraging social media to drive business results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Social Media Management:

    Manage and schedule client social media posts across multiple platforms.

    Monitor engagement and respond to audience interactions professionally.

    Content Creation & Design:

    Develop creative and visually appealing social media posts using Canva and similar tools.

    Ensure all content aligns with clients’ brand guidelines and objectives.

    Strategic Implementation:

    Work closely with clients to understand their goals and brand strategy.

    Strategically implement client goals through tailored social media campaigns.

    Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.

    Client Relations:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding social media strategy.

    Communicate effectively, gather feedback, and adapt strategies based on client needs.

    Collaboration:

    Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design, content) to deliver cohesive campaigns.

    Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in social media management, ideally in a client-facing role.

    Strong proficiency in Canva and familiarity with other graphic design tools.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to strategize and execute social media campaigns aligned with brand objectives.

    Knowledge of social media analytics tools and a data-driven approach to content strategy.

    Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

    Preferred Skills:

    Experience with other design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

    Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).

    Understanding of lead generation strategies and how social media can support them.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 annually
