CEFALY, the leader in drug-free migraine treatment, is looking for a passionate and motivated Social Media & Community Manager assistant Intern. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in community management and social media marketing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the execution of CEFALY's social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
    • Work with the marketing team in brainstorming sessions and campaigns management.
    • Paid media assistance.
    • Assist in engaging with our community by responding to questions and comments on social platforms.
    • Help plan and create content, including writing social copy and assisting in the production of video content.
    • Help plan and create content for email, sms, blogs and website.
    • Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors to expand CEFALY's reach and earned media.
    • Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to engage our audience in new and creative ways.
    • Assist with analyzing social media performance and reporting key metrics (KPIs).
    • Help route customer inquiries to the appropriate teams (Sales, Customer Service, etc.) via social media and review systems.
    • Stay up to date on new social media platforms and tools to ensure CEFALY's digital presence remains relevant.
    • Work closely with the marketing team and our vendors.

    • Experience with platforms like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or social media analytics tools.
    • Familiarity with email/SMS marketing or customer relationship management platforms (e.g.).
    • Familiarity with Asana.
