    About the Role:

    We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Community Manager to join the brand team and play a critical role in building and nurturing a passionate community of sports memorabilia and trading card enthusiasts. This position will work closely with the Director of Marketing, aligning community engagement strategies with broader marketing initiatives to amplify the brand. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of live-streaming culture, social media trends, and the sports collectibles market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborative Strategy Development

    • Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement plan that aligns with the overall marketing strategy.

    • Provide insights and feedback from the community to inform marketing campaigns, product launches, and content initiatives.

    • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and events that resonate with the brand audience and foster brand loyalty.

    1. Community Engagement & Social Media Management

    • Act as the primary point of contact for the brand’s online community, engaging with followers across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Youtube, and Discord.

    • Monitor social media channels, responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries with a friendly and on-brand voice.

    • Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and live stream updates, to keep the community informed and excited about upcoming events and initiatives.

    1. Event Support & Livestream Coordination

    • Support the Director of Marketing in planning and executing livestream events, including B2C initiatives and special product drops.

    • Moderate live streams, interact with viewers in real time, and handle live Q&A sessions, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.

    • Coordinate with influencers, guest hosts, and partners for collaborative livestreams and co-hosted events, enhancing brand visibility and reach.

    1. Community Growth & Insights

    • Partner with DOM to develop and implement strategies to grow the brands community, leveraging social media campaigns, influencer outreach, and engagement initiatives.

    • Track and analyze community metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and sentiment analysis, providing regular reports to the Director of Marketing with actionable insights.

    • Identify trends, emerging platforms, and opportunities to expand the brands presence and reach new audiences.

    1. Brand Advocacy & Customer Feedback

    • Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the brands persona and ensuring all interactions reflect the brand’s values and tone.

    • Collect, document, and relay customer feedback to the Director of Marketing and internal teams, helping to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.

    • Collaborate with the customer support team to address escalated issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive community experience.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or a related field, preferably in the sports, collectibles, or e-commerce industries.

    • Strong knowledge of the sports memorabilia and trading card market, with a passion for live-streaming and engaging with online communities.

    • Proven track record of growing online communities and increasing engagement through creative strategies and consistent interaction.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating engaging, on-brand content.

    • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Discord) and basic analytics platforms.

    • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during live events and special promotions.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Familiarity with livestream platforms like Whatnot, TikTok Live, Twitch, YouTube Live, or Instagram Live.

    • Experience in influencer marketing and managing partnerships with creators.

    • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere) for content creation.

    • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or similar.
