    About the Role

    Equity Smart Home Loans (ESHL) is seeking a Social Media Content Creation & Distribution Intern to enhance our digital presence. This role involves content creation, engagement strategies, and managing social media across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. If you're passionate about social media, trends, and engagement, this internship is for you.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, schedule, and post engaging content across various social media platforms.

    • Create and curate posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos that align with ESHL’s brand.

    • Monitor and implement trending social media strategies to increase engagement.

    • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community interaction.

    • Track analytics and provide performance insights to optimize content strategy.

    • Work with the video and graphic design teams to create visually compelling content.

    Qualifications

    • Strong understanding of social media platforms ( Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube ).

    • Ability to showcase past social media successes, such as high engagement or viral content.

    • Experience with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut.

    • Strong writing skills to craft compelling captions and posts.

    • Knowledge of social media analytics and engagement strategies.

    • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to trends.
