Job Posting: Social Media Content Creator/Manager (Independent Contractor) Location: Sandy Springs/Dunwoody, GA (Remote) Local to Atlanta, GA Job Type: Independent Contractor (Part-Time)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Social Media Content Creator/Manager to develop and execute engaging content for our social media platforms. This independent contractor role will require visiting our store location once per week to create fresh, local content and posting 2-3 times per week on 2 -3 channels, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality photo and video content that showcases our services, team, and studio atmosphere.

Develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent and engaging posts.

Write compelling captions and use relevant hashtags to boost engagement.

Monitor trends in the beauty and waxing industry to create relevant and timely content.

Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

Collaborate with studio management to align content with brand identity and promotions.

Desired Requirements:

Beauty industry experience and/or familiarity is a huge plus!

Proven experience in social media content creation and management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok preferred).

Experience using SOCI Media Management Platform.

Strong communication skills. Weekly one on one performance and analytics reviews.

Strong photography, videography, and editing skills (basic graphic design is a plus). Ability to create shareable content viewable on Apple and Android.

Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends and best practices.

Ability to work independently, visit the studio as needed, and meet deadlines.

Ability to source influencers and models for creative content.

Compensation:

$10 - $12/Hour. (Hours per week to be agreed upon)
