    We’re hiring an innovative Social Media Content Creator to help us build brand awareness and elevate our online presence. We are seeking a dynamic and creative person to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about connecting with our customers through all social media platforms. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase our online presence, engage with our clients, and help drive our brand’s success. Responsibilities: • Content Creation : Develop, plan, and execute content across all social media channels, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok. • Community Engagement : Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner. • Social Media Strategy : Assist in developing and executing social media strategies that align with company goals and brand identity. • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on social media performance, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize content and campaigns. • Brand Advocacy : Act as a brand ambassador to maintain and enhance our brand voice, values, and image online. • Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and messaging. • Trend Research : Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and engagement. • Campaign Management : Plan, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. • Influencer Partnerships : Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers to amplify our brand reach. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. • 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related role. • Strong knowledge and understanding of all primary social media platforms and trends. • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). • Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, time management skills, and a strong work ethic. • Must be able to create compelling SEO content through text, image, and video. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design. • Experience with paid advertising on social platforms. • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Enthusiastic about staying updated on industry trends and developments. Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 yearly
