Responsibilities: • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement • Manage and maintain social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Business and LinkedIn • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Qualifications: • Relationship management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with followers, influencers, and other stakeholders • Digital marketing: Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices for social media platforms • Proofreading: Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread content for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors • Graphic design: Experience in graphic design software to create visually appealing graphics for social media posts • Research: Strong research skills to gather information on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities • Photography: Basic photography skills to capture high-quality images for use in social media posts • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly
