ella+mila is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join their team! ella+mila is an eco-friendly, luxury nail lacquer brand that was founded by a mother of twin daughters (darlingly named Ella and Mila). The Social Media Coordinator will have the opportunity to pursue their passion for the beauty industry as they assist in the social media marketing for a national brand that is quickly becoming one of the most sought-after nail polishes.

Overview

Entry level, remote role

Full-time (part-time or contractor available)

Responsibilities

Social Media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

Assist in the creation of content.

Monitor social media channels for industry trends.

Community Engagement (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, comments, and posts.

Assist in the management of community outreach programs (Instagram and TikTok Lives, Facebook groups, etc)

Influencer Relations

Assist with influencer outreach

Experience

1-2 years of experience in social media management or related role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and their respective audiences.

Has proven experience working on or running social media accounts for a company brand (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

Direct experience using social media management tools

Experience working with influencers, creators, and/or ambassadors for a company brand is a plus.

Skills

Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools

Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space

Strong copywriting and copy editing skills

Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills

Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
