    Marti Hampton Real Estate is looking for a motivated and organized Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced marketing team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping grow our online presence, creating compelling marketing materials, and supporting our open house and listing campaigns. You’ll be an essential part of our brand voice — online and in print. Must be able to reliably commute to our Raleigh office or plan to relocate before starting Preferred Experience: • 1 year of marketing or social media experience (preferred, not required) Responsibilities: • Plan, create, and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter • Design eye-catching flyers and postcards for open houses, events, and property promotions • Manage the printing and timely distribution of marketing materials to agents and offices • Monitor and report on social media performance using platform analytics • Stay on top of trends and recommend new content formats or platforms • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support business objectives Qualifications: • Proficiency in Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus • Willingness to learn how to operate and adjust print settings on in-house printers • Strong eye for design and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of current social media trends and digital marketing best practices Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
