We are in search of a Social Media Coordinator to develop and maintain our strong brand online by maximizing the engagement, growth, and overall effectiveness of our social media channels. This position will be responsible for content ideation, creation, execution, and analytical reporting with the goal of improving brand awareness and reputation while engaging with online followers. Responsibilities: • Plan, develop, monitor, and report social media content across all company channels • Organize the ongoing social media calendar, which includes writing unique, engaging copy and creating/incorporating compelling multimedia for each channel • Create, execute, and report on organic and paid campaigns that target intended audiences, comply with brand standards, and deliver a compelling story that achieves desired objectives • Oversee day-to-day management of mentions, direct messages, comments, and reviews • Analyze channel engagement performance and relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide ongoing reports of social media analytics and identify action areas for improvement • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns Qualifications: • Extensive knowledge and understanding of all major social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok – both as a marketer and as a user • Experience in paid social media campaign management • Impeccable writing and proofreading skills with a high standard of quality and accuracy • Highly organized with great attention to detail • Ability to own a project from conception to completion • Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva experience • Video and/or photography editing experience • A portfolio showcasing your experience and capabilities is a plus Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
