Social Media Expert/Floor Sales Associate

Robson’s Jewelers is seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our family. If you love jewelry and have a flair for engaging with customers, we want to hear from you!

Social Media Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative social media strategies to enhance brand presence. Create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Monitor social media trends and analytics to drive engagement and growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and special offers.

Floor Sales Associate Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients in selecting the perfect jewelry pieces. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and industry trends. Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries.

Qualifications: Proven experience in social media management and content creation. Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools. Excellent communication and writing skills. Passion for jewelry and fashion is a plus! Previous retail or sales experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiasm for jewelry and helping customers find their perfect piece!
