    As a Social Media Intern, you will be responsible for influencer coordination, content calendar management, social media post scheduling, community engagement, reporting, and learning within a marketing agency environment.

    This internship is designed to offer hands-on experience in the dynamic realm of marketing within the ever-evolving hospitality industry, working alongside seasoned professionals who are dedicated to nurturing talent and fostering creativity.     WHAT TO EXPECT

    Influencer Coordination: Coordinate visits from social media influencers, managing their schedules effectively and ensuring a smooth experience during their time at the property.

    Content Calendar Management: Populate and maintain the content calendar with content from booked social media influencers, ensuring a consistent flow of content aligned with the marketing strategy.

    Social Media Post Scheduling: Schedule approved social media posts in alignment with the marketing strategy and obtain approval from the Director of Marketing or relevant stakeholders before publishing.

    Community Engagement: Actively engage with guests across various social platforms, fostering positive interactions, and providing timely responses to inquiries or comments to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

    Reporting and Analysis: Generate weekly reports for corporate stakeholders, presenting key metrics and insights derived from social media performance data, such as engagement rates, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness.

    Learning Environment: Learn to operate effectively in a marketing agency environment, collaborating on similar tasks and projects with colleagues to gain hands-on experience and contribute to overall team objectives.

    Create high-quality, compelling content across various digital channels, including blogs, social media, and email marketing.

    Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.

    Strong familiarity with Canva including flyer, video, social, and presentation creation.

    Proven experience in digital marketing and content strategy, preferably in a similar role in a marketing agency to efficiently manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client expectations.

    Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

    Strong project management and organizational skills.
