    Social Media Manager

    Los Angeles, CA Remote/Hybrid

    A highly accoladed restaurant group is seeking talented and creative social media to drive sales and increase brand awareness for their chef-driven restaurants

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and execute social media calendar and campaigns.
    • Manage and deliver brand awareness for each restaurant venue
    • Partner with local photographers for creative content
    • Negotiate and execute local store marketing partnerships.
    • Monitor the performance of analytics for each social platform.
    • Develop and execute a plan to increase sales at existing restaurants.
    • Research and evaluate paid media tactics that drive app downloads and restaurant traffic. Recommend, test, and evaluate efficient opportunities.
    • Use owned assets including store signage, menus, company app, website, and email marketing to drive purchase frequency and brand loyalty.
    • Strengthen the social media presence to communicate brand equities and build loyalty.
    • Stay abreast of emerging social media channels and evolving social media trends. Recommend new channels where we can interact with guests.
    • Post and monitor all social media channels and spend a few hours per week engaging our guests online. Create influencer programs based on social media learning.
    • Analyze marketing performance to improve plans over time.
    • Stay in tune with industry trends, consider the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and make recommendations to improve overall company performance.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 2 years as a Social Media manager experience in the hospitality industry
    • Knowledge and passion for high-end restaurants and offerings
    • Ability to work weekends.
    • A clear understanding of the Los Angeles market and events.
    • Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

    $70,000 per year
