As the Social Media Manager, you will play a critical role in developing creative social media strategies and launching successful social media presence across all social media platforms, which will showcase the unique identity of a fashion brand , which enables the brand to establish a strong connection with the community. Your strategies across all social media platforms will be measured by the KPIs associated with brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and launch innovative social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals to foster brand awareness and drive growth.
Curate a comprehensive social media marketing calendar across major social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest, ensuring strong user engagement and content relevance.
Collaborate with key stakeholders including designers and operations teams to optimize social media platforms for maximum growth and ROI.
Cultivate connections with both current and potential opinion leaders and influencers as part of the social media strategy for the fashion brand. Manage influencer collaborations, from nurturing agreement to content creation.
Leverage data effectively. Acquire insights into the market and prevailing trends, and develop innovative social media content that aligns with brand tone referencing best practices.
Be an advocate for the fashion brand on social media platforms, managing and engaging in dialogues with readers/fans/users to foster community growth.
Cultivate community relationships and stay updated on social media trends to expand the audience and promote discussions.
Qualifications:
Essential skills, experience, and qualifications required to apply:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
5+ years of experience managing social media brand channels.
Proven history of developing creative social campaigns, and experience in the use of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, Twitter (X), YouTube, Snapchat, etc.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in Mandarin and English, both formally and conversationally.
An ambidextrous thinker who is creative, analytical, and takes pride in their craftsmanship.
Nice-to-have (but not required) skills, experience, and qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing social media brand channels in fields relating to the arts or technology.
Cross-team collaboration skills with the proven ability to work and build lasting relationships with creative teams (e.g., technical artists, product designers) and non-technical teams (e.g., PR and Marketing) alike.
Experience working with photo and video editing technology.
Experience running paid social campaigns.
Experience with Social Media Management tools such as Sprinklr and Curalate.
Experience with setting Goals and defining KPIs for driving the overall direction of the program. Ability to design and develop reports and dashboards to understand the impact, build insights, and chalk out future courses of actions.
Understanding and natural curiosity of evolving social media trends.
