    Description:

    Hawaii Fluid Art is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with a strong background in paid social media advertising, ad creation, strategy, and content creation. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a true expert who can develop, execute, and manage high-performing campaigns, while ensuring all content is on-brand and aligns with our brand guidelines.

    The ideal candidate is someone who knows the intricacies of budget allocation, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and scaling campaigns, and who also has design experience to create engaging visual content.

    Key Responsibilities:

    •	Ad Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and optimize high-impact ad campaigns across social media platforms.
    
    •	Ad Spend Strategy: Manage a six-figure annual ad budget to maximize ROI while maintaining cost-efficiency.
    
    •	Content Creation: Design and produce on-brand visuals and multimedia content that aligns with Hawaii Fluid Art’s brand guidelines and aesthetic.
    
    •	Creative Direction: Work closely with our design and marketing teams to craft compelling, cohesive, and visually stunning ad creatives and social media content.
    
    •	Data-Driven Approach: Use advanced analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies in real-time to meet KPIs.
    
    •	Audience Targeting: Leverage data insights to build, test, and refine custom audience segments for targeted outreach.
    
    •	Collaboration: Partner with marketing, content, and franchise teams to align both organic and paid media strategies with business goals.
    

    Requirements:

    •	5+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, content creation, and driving results with an emphasis on ROI.
    
    •	Strong experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and other major platforms.
    
    •	Proven ability to create content that adheres to strict brand standards and design guidelines.
    
    •	Demonstrated experience in graphic design, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Canva, or other design platforms.
    
    •	Strong experience with budget management and measurable improvements in CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other key metrics.
    
    •	Expert-level understanding of audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.
    
    •	Skilled in using social media management software such as Rallio or similar.
    
    •	Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-experts.
    
    •	Passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends, algorithms, and platform changes.
