    Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to develop and execute engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be a skilled content creator, adept at filming and editing high-quality video and photo content, and possess a strong understanding of social media trends and best practices. In addition to content creation, this role involves proactive community outreach to organize and promote local events, fostering brand awareness and community engagement.

    Responsibilities

    Plan, create, and curate compelling content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including videos, photos, and graphics.

    Film and edit high-quality video content using various equipment and software.

    Write engaging captions and utilize relevant hashtags to maximize reach.

    Schedule and publish content across all platforms, ensuring consistency and timeliness.

    Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to increase the company’s use of social media.

    Identify and build relationships with local community organizations and influencers.

    Plan and execute local events to promote the brand and engage with the community.

    Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, promotion, and on-site management.

    Track and analyze event success, providing reports on key metrics.

    Respond to comments and messages in a timely fashion, and manage the social media community.
