The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing a social media strategy that resonates with customers, increases brand visibility, and drives customer engagement through thoughtful, feedback-based content creation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Create and schedule regular social media posts that highlight customer feedback, product features, and educational value.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
