    About Us:

    Uncle Paulie’s Deli is a beloved sandwich shop in Los Angeles known for our authentic, delicious deli sandwiches and warm neighborhood vibe. We’re growing our community and looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Manager to help us bring Uncle Paulie’s to the digital forefront while staying true to our roots.

    Position Summary:

    We’re seeking a Social Media Manager to develop, execute, and manage creative social media campaigns that capture the essence of Uncle Paulie’s. This role will focus on engaging with our local community, building our brand presence online, and driving in-store and delivery traffic through compelling content and strategic planning.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Content Creation:

    • Develop and execute a monthly content calendar for platforms including Instagram, TikTok,Facebook and other relevant channels.

    • Capture high-quality photos and videos of menu items, behind-the-scenes moments, events, and customer interactions.

    • Write engaging captions and copy that align with Uncle Paulie’s brand voice.

    • Community Engagement:

    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and tags in a timely and personable manner.

    • Collaborate with local influencers, customers, and businesses to foster partnerships and cross-promotions.

    • Campaign Management:

    • Plan and run promotional campaigns for new menu items, new merch drops, special events, and holidays.

    • Track and analyze metrics to assess the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

    • Brand Development:

    • Maintain Uncle Paulie’s distinct brand identity across all platforms.

    • Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy in an authentic way.

    • Growth Initiatives:

    • Develop strategies to increase follower count and engagement rates.

    • Implement paid social media advertising when necessary to boost visibility and reach.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience managing social media for a restaurant, food brand, or lifestyle business (minimum 2 years preferred).

    • Strong photography and videography skills; experience with editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Canva.

    • Passion for food, hospitality, and storytelling.

    • Exceptional written communication and creative thinking skills.

    • Familiarity with social media analytics and tools like Meta Business Suite or Hootsuite.

    • Ability to work on-site for content creation and occasional events.

    • Knowledge of the Los Angeles food scene is a plus.
