    We are looking for an in-house person to help with our companies social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter) and to assist with marketing campaigns and strategy.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Experience with Social Media Platforms: Demonstrated expertise in using various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok) with a deep understanding of their features and trends.

    Content Creation: Experience with creating captivating, high quality content for social media platforms along with short-form content videos. Basic video editing skills for Reels & TikTok. Experience: Photo/Video Editing applications such as Canva, CapCut, TikTok Editor, Photoshop

    Influencer Management: Manage influencer campaigns from start to finish including searching for influencers that are suitable to the brand, influencer campaign budgets, content/copy approvals, and execution.

    Analytics and Reporting: Proficiency in using analytics tools to track social media performance, and the ability to use analyzed data to make informed decisions

    Community Management: Experience in engaging with and growing an online community, including responding to comments and messages in timely manner

    Paid Advertising: Execute paid digital ads on Meta and TikTok for the brand

    Analyze our company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy to identify strategic weaknesses and make recommendations for improvements

    Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities

    Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs

    Work with existing marketing team to develop marketing campaigns for branding, new products, events, etc.

    Skills required:

    Great verbal and written communication skills

    Excellent attention to detail

    Ability to analyze social media performance data

    Marketing Experience

    Creativity

    Photo/Video Editing applications such as Canva, CapCut, TikTok Editor, Photoshop

    Proficiency in Office 365 (preferred)

    Time management

    Good at working with a team

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
