    Are you a creative and tech-savvy recent or soon-to-be college grad who’s passionate about social media and wants to gain experience in the fast-moving world of restaurant marketing and support? We’re looking for a Marketing & Client Support Assistant to join our growing team at Yay3, where we help local restaurants thrive through online ordering, promotional content, and branded marketing campaigns.

    This is a hybrid role designed for someone who wants variety in their workweek — combining social media digital marketing responsibilities with client-facing support and light in-person tech help (training provided).

    What You’ll Do

    Social Media & Marketing (Primary Duties — ~75% of Role)

    Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)

    Assist with marketing campaigns for both our Yay3 brand and our restaurant partners

    Help monitor comments, messages, and post performance metrics

    Spot new social trends and suggest ways to incorporate them into current campaigns

    Help maintain a content calendar and prepare basic performance reports

    Collaborate with our design, operations, and client success teams for cohesive messaging

    Restaurant Client Support & Field Assistance (Occasional Duties — ~25% of Role)

    Provide friendly phone and email support to restaurant clients with Yay3 system questions (training provided)

    Occasionally visit client restaurant locations to:

    Troubleshoot tablet/printer issues (simple steps — we’ll teach you)

    Install new devices or deliver pre-configured equipment

    Drop off or help display marketing materials like branded posters or menus

    Log client interactions and assist in ensuring a smooth onboarding or issue resolution process

    You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

    Are familiar with major social platforms and how content works on each (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

    Have a friendly, can-do attitude and are comfortable talking with customers

    Are organized and can juggle multiple projects or tasks

    Want hands-on experience that combines digital marketing and real-world business support

    Have access to transportation and are open to occasional local travel to restaurant clients

    Bonus: Have used Canva, CapCut, or similar tools before (not required!)

    Are fluent in Spanish
