    This position is responsible for social media creation and posting, this individual is the driving force behind our online presence, they are responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage our audience, and drive business growth. Responsibilities: Social Media Management: • Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging channels. • Create and curate engaging content, including visuals, videos, and written copy, to foster a strong online community. • Monitor social media trends, track analytics, and adjust strategies to optimize performance. • Maintain an annual social media calendar. • Focus social media outreach on available listing marketing. • Develop strategies to drive social traffic to our website. Content Creation: • Generate compelling and shareable content that aligns with brand identity and resonates with the target audience with the support of the graphics and media team. • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals, graphics, video, and multimedia content. Campaign Development: • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and product/service promotion. • Utilize both online and offline channels to maximize campaign reach and impact. • Develop strategic campaigns focused on the marketing of listings. Audience Engagement: • Foster meaningful interactions with our audience through social media, responding to comments, messages, and mentions. • Implement strategies to grow and nurture our online community. Analytics and Reporting: • Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure the success of social media campaigns. Collaboration: • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. • Implement and maintain systems to manage social campaigns and projects. Qualifications: • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Loomly, and Meta Business Suite. • Proven experience using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. • Proven experience using Premiere, Capcut, and DSLR Operation. • A general understanding of photography & cinematography. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling. • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Real estate experience preferred. Education and Experience: • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
