Summary/Objective
We are looking for a motivated Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator to assist the digital marketing department in managing all email marketing platforms, social media platforms, and websites. Support includes providing customer service and assistance directly to franchisees, digital marketing team members, and internal corporate employees; entering, editing and maintaining website content, such as blog pages, addresses, product pages, using website CMS and other internal platforms, navigating customer service ticketing systems.
Essential Functions
The right candidate will show the ability to:
Manage the brand's social media profiles, including new profile creation and maintenance (address changes and other info) and support tickets
Create social listening reports, respond to customer comments with message templates, and identifyidentified social media crises.
Adhere to internal security policies, including the Social Media Policy.
Email Account management, such as user creation and management, assets uploads, deactivations, etc.
Email Marketing System customer service and ticket management
Create and manage other digital accounts as needed
Create, request, and organize all marketing creative assets
Schedule, test, and post social media content across multiple platforms for the OYB program using the social media management platform, Rallio.
Manage OYB enrollments, add them to the system, set up and optimize their social media pages, and create automated reports
Build relationships with the Propelled Brands’ community and provide community management, alerting franchisees to comments that need their attention
Maintain social media marketing and project timelines to track all activities and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
Provides basic HubSpot support for the HubSpot Marketing platform, including creating, scheduling and sending email marketing campaigns, generating reports, and using the platform’s available marketing tools
Measure and report on core digital media KPIs, track the performance of all social media channels and emails
Educate and assist franchisees with local reviews and reputation management
Key Competencies
Basic knowledge of content management and scheduling platforms, certification is a plus. (Sprinklr, Brandwatch · Hootsuite · Sprout Social · Salesforce Marketing Cloud Social Studio)
Basic knowledge of key social media platforms, their algorithms, and management suites (Meta, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok)
Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Constant Contact or similar) is a plus
Knowledge of Excel is required for this position
Strong attention to detail
Able to handle shifting priorities and deadlines, learn new digital marketing tools
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to listen and respond to people in a calm, thoughtful, and professional manner
Preferred Education and Experience
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Marketing or equivalent
Demonstrable social networking experience and knowledge
Positive attitude, detail-oriented with good multitasking and strong organizational abilities
