    LSL Brands is seeking an experienced Social Media & Content Strategist to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales through innovative content and digital storytelling. This mid-level role is ideal for a creative and analytical thinker with a strong background in retail and social media strategy. Responsibilities:  Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple retail brands to drive engagement, brand awareness, and sales.  Create, schedule, and publish compelling content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.  Monitor and analyze social media performance, using insights to optimize content and strategy.  Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with company goals.  Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging social media best practices.  Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.  Assist in influencer partnerships and social media advertising efforts. Requirements:  3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.  3-5 years of experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands.  Experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, and audience engagement.  Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.  Proficiency in social media analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.).  Strong content creation skills, including photography and video editing.  Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).  Knowledge of paid social media advertising preferred.  Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.  Ability to analyze data and optimize content for engagement and conversion.  Experience in influencer partnerships and community management is a plus.  Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.  Strong organizational and time-management skills.
