Qualifications
- Minimum of an associate's degree in education, social or behavioral science, or related field from an accredited institution
- Two (2) years of experience in family and children services or community organization, of which at least one year is in family violence, child abuse neglect or maltreatment-related services
- Personal and/or professional experience with military personnel and military family members
- Demonstrated ability to create and present effective professional PowerPoint training slides on a variety of related FAP and ACS training topics
- Experience in computer operating systems, such as Microsoft Windows, and computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft TEAMS, Excel, Publisher, Power Point and
- Experience providing customer service to a diverse population. This may include face-to-face telephonic, virtual trainings and presentations, public speaking, or written communication.
