Leading community health and social service organization seeks Social Work Residency Supervisor (LCSW) to teach, coach and supervise a cohort of Social Work Residents individually and in groups, in partnership with outside evidence-based trainers. The position will involve spending time with social work residents in Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx, and it can be based in any of these locations.

Responsibilities:

• Implement clinical supervision and oversight of evidence-based treatment models, including but not limited to DBT, Early Childhood treatment and CBT, to effectively meet the clinical needs of the individuals/families and communities we serve as well as ensure clients have timely access to quality clinical care.
• Participates in evidence-based practice training and consultation, and supports implementation of evidence-based models by Social Work Residents
• Provide weekly supervision to Social Work Residents
• Provide direct services to clients, as needed, including intakes and crisis interventions
• Develop strategies to ensure clients have timely access to care and increased engagement in care
• Collaborate with the Learning Department in recruiting and orienting of new Social Work Residents
• Participate in residency program quality improvement and assurance activities, including completion of surveys and evaluations

Qualifications:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
• SIFI preferred

Salary: $85,000
