Here is general, although highly simplified list of tasks to be handled: * Daily control of accounts payable/receivable  * Instructions for my office clerk regarding inputs, collections, bills coming up * Overseeing clerk's performance to ensure timely results - with a form of simple reporting on daily basis * 2x week phone meeting with the boss to discuss performance * Payroll every Thursday - either done personally or approved for the clerk * Monthly meetings with the managers and CPA to discuss books Our love for clear situations requires to say this - we need to build a long term relationship with person holding this position.
