    SUPPORT SPECIALIST DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • We are hiring a CX Specialist to assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues a customer may have.
    • As a CX Specialist, you will educate existing customers, help solve technical problems, and ensure the smooth adoption of our products. Throughout our customer lifecycles, we prioritize delivering a fantastic customer experience.

    The right candidate possesses strong strategic thinking skills, a passion or deep interest in the stock market, experience in trading options, and is great with time management and organization.

    Having experience in an investment related industry (wealth management, asset management, equity research, Investment banking, etc)

    OR experience in customer service roles BUT ALSO trades stocks/options on the side

    Pay: $60,000 per year

     

    Requirements

    SUPPORT KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

    • High school diploma or GED certificate
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Computer proficiency, experience with Excel
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • A proactive team player with the ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
    • Someone who’s detail-oriented and has a high sense of urgency
    • Weekend availability
    • An ideal candidate is self-directed and sets a high bar for themselves and their work
    • Ideally 1+ year investing or trading with the stock market
