This is a 30 month opportunity on the Hourly-Based IT Services (HBITS) Contract at the State of New York. (Possibility of extension).

Required Experience:

• 84 months of experience gathering/analyzing business requirements and converting these into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development.
• 84 months of experience creating and maintaining software development artifacts to communicate requirements, including context diagrams, use cases, report specifications, user interface specifications, and non-functional requirements specifications.
• 60 months experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions using focus groups, user interviews, or subject matter experts and serving as the liaison between users and developers to ensure requirements are understood, conveyed, and met.
• 60 months creating test plans and test cases, working with users on User Acceptance Testing, and communicating issues to the development team.
• 60 months experience managing requirements including creation and execution of Requirements Management Plan, requirement traceability matrix, establishing req baseline, and managing change control.
• 48 Months experience in using the HP Quality Center
