POSITION OBJECTIVES

1. Requirement Analysis and System Design

Study and analyze information needs by conferring with users.

Investigate problem areas and understand systems flow, data usage, and work processes.

Determine and design system specifications, standards, and programming requirements.

2. Development and Enhancement

Develop software solutions to meet identified needs and specifications.

Enhance and support the Robotic Process Automation application.

Work on Power Platform areas including Power Apps Canvas and Model-driven apps, Dataverse, Power Automate Flows, and Power BI reports.

3. Implementation and Support

Prepare and install solutions by designing system specifications and standards.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for developed applications.

Ensure smooth integration and functionality of enhancements within the existing system.

4. Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate with the Administrative Applications SharePoint team and other stakeholders.

Communicate effectively with users to gather requirements and provide updates.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.

5. Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with the latest developments in Power Platform and related technologies.

Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.

Implement best practices in software development and project management.

** JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **

Minimum Requirements:**

Years Required / Preferred Experience **

8 Required -** Hands-on experience with RPA development, with at least 4 years specifically using Blue Prism **

8 Required** - Hands-on experience with SQL/No-SQL databases

8 Required - Experience with RESTful web services **

4 Preferred** - Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python **

4 Preferred -** Experience with process discovery, requirements gathering, and solution architecture **

4 Preferred** - Experience with web development including HTML, JavaScript, DOM, and HTTP protocol **

4 Preferred** - Experience with JDBC API development **

4 Preferred** - Experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including QA and troubleshooting
