    About this Role:

    As a Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing, configuring, updating, and maintaining software, including interfaces for data exchange with the Cerner solution suite. You will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions to meet business requirements and support the integration of systems.     Key Responsibilities:

    Develop, configure, update, and maintain software solutions to meet business requirements and support the integration of systems with the Cerner solution suite

    Design and implement interfaces for data exchange with the Cerner solution suite, ensuring seamless integration and interoperability

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement software enhancements

    Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability

    Document software designs, configurations, and updates for future reference and maintenance

    Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in software development, applying new knowledge and skills to improve software solutions

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development or a related field

    Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript

    Experience with software development methodologies and tools, including version control systems, IDEs, and testing frameworks

    Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and standards, particularly the Cerner solution suite, is desirable

    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

    Certifications in software development or relevant technologies are a plus

    Must be a United States Citizen

    Must be willing/able to obtain a clearance

    This is a remote position.
