    About Nada

Nada is an award-winning alternative asset investment and consumer finance platform. Our pioneering mission is to democratize access to the residential home equity market through our SEC-Qualified real estate investment funds, known as 'Cityfunds.' We are proud to be the first real estate investment platform to secure SEC-Qualification for our innovative asset class, Home Equity Investments (HEI).

HEIs empower homeowners to unlock a portion of their home's future equity for immediate cash without taking on additional debt or monthly obligations. For investors, HEIs offer a first-ever entry point into the owner-occupied residential real estate market. These lien-secured assets come with built-in structural safeguards, ensuring downside protection and accelerated equity appreciation. The HEI asset type delivers impressive net IRRs of 15-18%+, offering a lucrative opportunity without the hassle of managing tenants or properties. Our Cityfunds are designed as index-like funds for a single city's home equity market, each Cityfunds holds a diversified pool of HEIs within a specific MSA.

Join us in reshaping the future of real estate investment with Nada.
