Solutions Development Corporation (SDC) is seeking to fill the Software Engineer for one of our customers in Dahlgren, VA. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced C/C++Developer to join our team, dedicated to developing, maintaining,and enhancing complex software systems for space applications.The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the C and C++ programming languages with the capability to navigate,refactor, and contribute to challenging codebases.

Position: Software Engineer

Location: Dahlgren, VA

Position type: Onsite

Clearance: Top Secret or higher

Requirements:

Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on C and C++ programming in complex, high-stakes environments

Demonstrated expertise in software engineering best practices, including version control, continuous integration, and automated testing

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide solutions to complex technical problems. Strong communication and teamwork skills with a proven track record of working effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
