    Job Description

    As a Software Engineer Intern at CyberArk, you will be part of an extremely motivated, dedicated, and experienced team that protects many of the largest organizations in the world. We are looking for a self-starting, fast learner with lots of ideas who can join our team and make an impact.

    This is a paid internship which could grow in a full-time position. You will have the opportunity to complete real tasks for real software products with the support of a mentor who will help you on an everyday basis to quickly develop your skills. You will also benefit from great working conditions (including remote work and flexible working hours) and exceptional colleagues.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop parts of cyber security applications with the help of a mentor
    • Work on data pipelines for analytics and AI
    • Fix bugs on already developed systems
    • Write unit, integration and functional tests as needed to ensure that requirements are implemented correctly, and specifications are met
    • Define and develop your personal technical knowledge
    • Work in an international multicultural environment
    • Demonstrate teamwork, attention to detail, and great communication skills

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will:

    • Be a student or recent graduate (IT related education)
    • Be interested in software engineering, data and AI
    • Possess good knowledge of a programming language (professional experience is not mandatory)
    • Have the ability and desire to learn fast
    • Have very good knowledge of the English language - both spoken and written

    How you will stand out from the crowd:

    • Knowledge in SQL, Go Lang, Java, Python, React
    • Experience in data processing and pipelines (like Flink)
    • Understanding of encryption and/or certificate concepts and technologies
    • Ability to write clean, consistent, and well documented code following best practices of the industry
