Job Title: Software Engineer

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Job Type: Fulltime / Permanent

NOTE: It's challenging to find resources with these specific skills. Therefore, candidates with programming and / or DevOps knowledge and willingness to learn new tools and technologies would also work.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree - preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent discipline

3-5 years of engineering work or technical support experience

Experience troubleshooting & debugging enterprise software

Ability to diagnose browser-based errors

Knowledgeable in container microservices

Familiarity with project management tools

Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus points for:

Experience coding in an industry-standard language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Objective-C, JavaScript)

Experience collaborating in a cross-disciplinary engineering environment

Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)

Experience working with REST API, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Knowledgeable in CAD, SysML, PLM, MBSE, or other common engineering software

Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical, technical, and mixed audiences

Prior exposure to Ontologies

Experience in a fast-growing tech startup
