    This is an onsite position based in Pleasanton, CA.

    What You Bring:

    • Develop and maintain scalable backend services while contributing to frontend development as needed.
    • Deploy and optimize applications in Azure or AWS cloud environments.
    • Optimize databases, improve performance, and ensure best practices in cloud-based architectures.
    • Design and develop APIs that support AI-powered automation and conversational experiences.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with AI, product, and DevOps teams to build and scale applications.
    • Integrate LangChain and LlamaIndex into AI-driven applications, enabling advanced LLM-powered workflows.
    • Work with NLP models, AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face), and vector databases for intelligent search and knowledge retrieval.
    • Implement best practices in software development, including CI/CD, security, and performance optimization.

    Who We Are Searching For:

    • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
    • Strong backend development skills in Python, Node.js, Java, or C#.
    • Experience with full-stack development, including React, Angular, or Vue.js.
    • Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
    • Knowledge of AI frameworks, NLP, and AI-powered application development.
    • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex (LainGraph), or vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB).
    • Experience integrating AI chatbots and automation tools into software solutions.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Passion for AI, emerging technologies, and software scalability.
    • Experience with voice assistants (Alexa, Google Assistant, etc.).
    • Background in SaaS, customer support automation, or AI-driven UX .
    • Understanding of machine learning model training and optimization .
