    Job Title: Software Integration Engineer

    Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Software Engineer with expertise in business process optimization and system integration. The ideal candidate will have experience working with platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and will be capable of developing and implementing software solutions that enhance business workflows and systems. This role requires proficiency in programming, a deep understanding of business process management, data management, and the ability to design and integrate custom solutions to optimize the efficiency of internal systems.

    Responsibilities:

    Business Systems Integration: Design, develop, and maintain custom integrations between business platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot and other internal systems. Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across platforms.

    Salesforce Administration: Configure and customize Salesforce Lightning to meet business needs. Organize and run reports on data. Ensure the security of Salesforce data and systems.

    Process Automation: Develop software solutions that automate manual workflows and business processes, increasing operational efficiency and reducing redundancy.

    Software Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Build web applications, tools, and custom modules to support internal business operations.

    Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure existing business tools to meet the specific needs of the organization, while ensuring a high level of usability and performance.

    Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, and other software engineers, to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business objectives.

    Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Identify system inefficiencies and bugs, provide solutions, and continuously improve existing processes and systems.

    Documentation & Reporting: Create comprehensive documentation for integrations, software solutions, and workflows. Provide regular reports on system performance, improvements, and updates.

    Stay Current with Industry Trends: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to keep the organization’s tools and systems at the forefront of innovation.

    Education/Skills Required:

    Proficiency in programming languages such as TypeScript and Apex.

    Strong experience with business platforms Salesforce Lightning and HubSpot.

    Experience with APIs and web services (REST, SOAP) for system integration.

    Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling.

    Knowledge of Data Warehouse, Data Lake and ETL technologies

    Experience with cloud platforms like AWS is a plus. Experience with Tableau or similar platform is a plus.

    Familiarity with business process modeling, workflow automation, and optimization techniques.

    Strong understanding of CRM and how they support business processes.

    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Additionally, a Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred

    3+ years of experience in software development, system integration, and business process optimization.

    Experience with enterprise-level software systems is a plus.
