S ummary:
The Software Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving new business by identifying and engaging potential clients for EServ Business Operations software. This role requires extensive prospecting and cold outreach, leading the sales process from the initial discovery meeting through to closing the sale. The Software Sales Account Executive will work to deeply understand client needs, deliver compelling sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct extensive outreach to identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media campaigns. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Discovery Meetings: Lead in-depth discovery meetings to uncover client needs, challenges, and goals, positioning EServ software as the ideal solution.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the value and benefits of EServ software in meeting client objectives.
- Negotiation and Closing: Collaborate with clients to address objections, finalize contract terms, and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage all sales activities and opportunities in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position EServ software as the top choice for clients.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues they may have with their software.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in software or SaaS sales.
- Proven experience with cold calling and prospecting, including web scrubs, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Strong ability to lead discovery meetings and conduct needs analysis with potential clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable with delivering engaging product presentations to groups and individuals.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Working Environment/Safety Requirements: This position is primarily remote, requiring a professional and dedicated home office setup. Occasional travel may be necessary based on business needs.
