Nexis Power LLC is looking for driven individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Solar Sales Representatives. Based in Connecticut and Massachusetts, we’ve earned the title of Forbes’ #1 solar installation company in Boston for two years running. This is your chance to step into the solar industry, grow your skills, and make an impact with a top-tier crew.
Role
You’re technically a sales rep, but that title doesn’t even scratch the surface. You’re the spark that ignites a world of savings and control for your customer's financial life for years to come. Here's what you would be doing:
Hitting the streets (or the phones) to find leads
Sharing solar knowledge with homeowners in a MA area
Locking in appointments and handing off the baton to our Solar Sales pros
Smashing sales goals like it’s no big deal
Responsibilities
Lead the charge on finding and chasing down prospects in MA
Build that trust with clients and turn “maybes” into “yeses”
Keep your finger on the pulse of what Nexis offers—products, trends, rebates, all of it
Rep our Forbes-topped brand with integrity and honesty
Requirements
Zero solar know-how? No sweat—we’ll teach you everything you need to know
You’ve got the gift of gab and can handle all sorts of personalities
Self-motivated characteristics play a huge role in this work
Cool with a fast pace environment and flexible enough to withstand changes in a growing company
You'll need a license and access to a vehicle to get to different areas.

Location
Massachusetts— fieldwork with some in-person/virtual meetings
Availability
Tuesday to Saturdays
Salary
$400/Week base + uncapped commission (we’re talking $+80K potential, year one, if you’ve got what it takes)
