    Role Overview: As a Client Acquisition Specialist at No Shorts Solar, you have the opportunity to make an impact in the green energy revolution by generating solar sales leads. The role offers incredible flexibility, allowing you to leverage your preferred strategies for lead generation — whether that’s through canvassing neighborhoods, building a strong referral network, leveraging social connections, or any creative approach that works for you. This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.

    What You’ll Do:

    Identify, target, and engage potential customers interested in going solar.

    Develop and execute personalized strategies for lead generation and conversion.

    Educate prospects on the benefits of solar energy and No Shorts Solar’s unique offerings.

    Foster relationships that result in closed deals, earning you a generous commission for each successful sale.
