****Cedar Park is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor with 5+ years of experience to oversee electrical projects, ensure safety compliance, and manage a team of electricians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, troubleshooting, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Manage and lead a team of electricians, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct inspections and quality control checks on electrical installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues.
• Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Lead Electrician.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, or residential electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Valid electrical license (if required by state).
