    EcoSolar USA Electrical is searching for a Solar Electrician to install batteries on existing solar systems. Meet all standards, quality, and performance while providing excellent customer service. Must abide by all company safety regulations, be adaptable, a good communicator, and comfortable working alone with a team and with homeowners. They need to be familiar with standard electrical rules and guidelines, know how to follow electrical diagrams, maintain vehicle stock, and ensure a clean job site. Responsibilities: • Conduct site audits for sold systems, including taking measurements, photos, and shading assessments • Schedule, prepare, and complete site inspections, ensuring pre-inspection QA/QC checklists are done • Meet with customers to discuss project details and accommodate their needs • Record task progress using software systems • Support Operations Director and Technical Manager with site assessment and inspection documentation • Install and maintain battery storage systems and EV chargers per engineering designs, permits, and electrical codes • Complete site assessments and document necessary information for installations • Submit service reports immediately after work order completion • Collaborate with manufacturers and the engineering team to resolve technical issues • Use electrical testing equipment to commission systems and evaluate issues • Identify and resolve technical design problems, including electrical systems • Manage vehicle-material stock and equipment inventory • Comply with all safety policies and practices • Provide customer training on system operation and maintenance • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, documenting key communications in the appropriate software Qualifications: • We require candidates have a high school diploma or GED • Completed electrician apprenticeship • Willing to work in confined spaces, at great heights, and in all types of weather conditions • Valid electrician license is required • Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs • Electrical ET card • Current, valid Driver's license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Report • Proficient in speaking, reading and writing English • Working knowledge of the NEC • Comfortable with heights and ladder • Solar: 2 years • Electrical: 3 years Preferred Qualifications • CA Residential or General Electrical License • Solar Battery Certified Tesla, Enphrase, LG, Sunpower • OSHA 30 Certified • Bilingual, English and Spanish • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Organized and maintains a professional appearance • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Reads and interprets blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Working Conditions • Location varies with the site • Must be willing to travel for some projects depending on job site Physical Requirements • Long hours spent outside on residential rooftops, driving to customer residences, some ground and rooftop work • Various weather conditions include cold and snowy, hot and humid, and everything in between; must be comfortable working in different environments • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs; assistance may be provided for oversized items • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and drive for up to 8 hours at a time • Work postures include reaching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, squatting, crawling, bending, twisting, climbing, and handling objects above/below the shoulder Compensation: $25 - $38 hourly
