We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Residential Solar Installation Crew Leads.     Responsibilities:

    · Planning and coordinating team installing solar panels and related equipment, following design plans and specifications.

    · Mounting solar panels on rooftops or other structures, ensuring proper alignment and positioning.

    · Connecting wiring and electrical components to integrate solar systems into existing electrical systems.

    · Performing tests and inspections to ensure proper functioning and safety of solar systems.

    · Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with solar installations and making necessary repairs.

    · Assisting with site surveys and evaluations to determine the feasibility and optimal placement of solar systems.

    · Training team members on installation processes and procedures.

    · Ensuring team adheres to safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.

    Experience:

    · High school diploma or equivalent.

    · 3+ years experience in solar installation or a related field is required.

    · Prior solar installation crew leadership is preferred.

    · Working knowledge of electrical systems and principles.

    · Experience / proficiency with hand and power tools commonly used in solar installation.

    · Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights.

    · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    · Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

    · Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    Schedule:

    · Monday through Friday

    · Travel between 25% and 50%
