Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced solar installer to join our team for solar panel removals and reinstalls on residential rooftops. In this role, you will lead a team to perform removals and reinstalls with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality results in a timely manner. As a Crew Lead, you will spend 70-90% of your time working on rooftops in various weather conditions, making a difference in the solar industry while providing world-class customer service.
