    Job Summary: Solar Troubleshooting & System Diagnostics Technician

    We are seeking a skilled Solar Technician with experience in troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and handling Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy systems, the ability to identify and resolve technical issues, and experience working with various solar components, including inverters, panels, and mounting systems.     Responsibilities

    Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with solar PV systems, including wiring, inverters, and monitoring systems.

    Perform system diagnostics to identify performance issues and provide solutions.

    Process and manage RMAs for defective components.

    Work closely with manufacturers and vendors to facilitate replacements and repairs.

    Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system efficiency.

    Provide detailed documentation and reports on system performance and repairs.

    Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and project managers to ensure timely resolutions.

    Requirements:

    Prior experience in solar energy troubleshooting and diagnostics.

    Strong understanding of solar PV components, electrical systems, and system layouts. Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

    Experience with inverter troubleshooting and monitoring platforms.

    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Strong communication and organizational skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED or equivalent

    At least 2 years of maintenance experience

    Advanced understanding of Solar maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques

    STRONG COMMUNICATION

    Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
